Molly had a visitor this weekend and is now adoption pending! Nurse mare fillies Chrome and Scarlet also went to their new homes this weekend! Thank goodness! We are so happy for these horses to start their new lives with their forever families!
S.E.E.R.S helps SHARE
Student Equine Emergency and Rehabilitations Society (S.E.E.R.S) is a student group at U of I that arranges carpool and group trips to help SHARE. On Saturday they came out en mass to tour SHARE and introduce new members to SHARE and its needs.

Chrome is all shed out
Chrome’s shed out coat and the August sunlight really becomes her! This beautiful little lady is well behaved on a halter and picks up her feet nicely for the farrier and stands for flyspray. She’ll be ready to go home in a little over a month!
